About Us

We are a family-run, owner-operated commercial cleaning company founded in 2021 by partners Danielle Ottmann and Wade Tywoniuk. We identified a need for expert janitorial services in Kelowna. Danielle has almost a decade of diverse cleaning experience and has been mentored and trained by some of the best in the industry. Wade earned a degree in business management and has cleaning experiences in commercial wine-production facilities as well as cleaning and maintenance in the oil and gas industry.

We have established a solid reputation for the by highest quality of service and attention to detail. In addition to weekly home and office cleans, we are happy to clean vacation rentals, real-estate pre-listing cleans, post-construction sites, and deep cleans. We now have multiple employees and an ever-expanding client base which we have grown predominantly through recommendation, word-of-mouth, and satisfied clientele. We provide above-industry pay and employment opportunities for our staff. We don’t cut corners, we clean them!

Wade did a fantastic job at my son’s place. After having to euthanize his dog the carpets were badly in need of a thorough cleaning. Wade arrived on time and vacuumed to start with to get dog hair. He pretreated all the stained areas then shampooed the carpets. He then brought in a heavy duty shampooer and did it a second time!! We are very impressed with his work ethic and with the incredible job he did making the carpets look like new again. Highly recommend!!

Wade came and cleaned carpets that were in an older basement suite that may or may not have ever been cleaned and had some pretty set in pet stains and they’re looking like new! He’s super efficient and great at what he does highly recommend!

What are Enhanced Sanitation Services?
We use an eco-friendly, hydrogen peroxide-based multi-purpose sanitizer that is rated for use in healthcare facilities. We can offer services that focus exclusively on high-touch surfaces, touchpoints, and bathrooms to ensure that your workplace is a safe and healthy space!
How else are you reducing your environmental footprint?

We have a few tricks and simple tactics:

  • To save on plastics, we empty smaller garbage into larger bags and re-use garbage bags wherever possible (replacing only if bags are wet, stained with food, worn or ripped)
  • We avoid using single-use cleaning products such as paper towels and Sani-wipes
  • We do our best to schedule our cleaners into regional clusters to reduce commuting time for our employees, and we encourage carpooling when possible
  • Our multi-purpose sanitizer is used at a dilution ratio that usually allows us to make a 4-liter jug of cleaning solution last weeks or even months (while following proper mixing ratios as directed; it’s just THAT good). Did we mention it is bio-degradable, leaves no residue, and has a very minimal pleasant scent?
